Hemo dialysis: igv Pseudomonas infectie: Eenmalig normale aanvangsdosis, gevolgd door 2g-2g-3g op dialysedagen toedienen, na afloop van de dialysesessie. 2g voorafgaand aan 48 uurs interval en 3g voor 72 uurs interval tot volgende dialyse.
