General comments
Bij heupfracturen, implantaten en ingrepen wervelkolom: bij bekende S.aureus-dragers wordt aangeraden mupirocine-neuszalf toe te voegen.
Dosering cefazoline aanpassen aan het gewicht: > 80 kg is de dosering 2g/ dosis en bij >120 kg 3g/dosis.
