General comments
E. faecalis is meestal amoxicilline-gevoelig, E. faecium is gewoonlijk amoxicilline-ongevoelig.
Eventueel aminoglycoside 1 dd iv toevoegen gedurende 3 dagen. Keuze aminoglycoside: gentamicine.
